Terms and Conditions of any promotions

From time to time, Dynamic Touring may run special promotions, competitions, giveaways, discounts, or early bird offers. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they apply to all promotional activity unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility
Promotions are open to individuals aged 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified. Employees of Dynamic Touring, their immediate families, and associated partners are not eligible.
Promotion Period
Each promotion will clearly state its start and end date/time. Entries or purchases made outside this window will not qualify.
Availability
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
One Per Customer
Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes or discounts are limited to one per customer and cannot be combined with other offers.
Discounts & Promo Codes
Valid Use Only
Promo codes must be entered at checkout during the promotion period. No retrospective discounts will be applied after a purchase is completed.
Non-Transferable
Promotional codes cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.
Minimum Spend or Restrictions
Some promotions may require a minimum spend, apply to specific events only, or exclude certain ticket types (e.g., VIP or group tickets).
Competitions & Giveaways
Entry Rules
Entry mechanics will be clearly described for each competition (e.g., social media post, email sign-up, etc.). No purchase is necessary unless stated.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random or based on criteria stated in the promotion. The decision of Dynamic Touring is final.
Notification & Claiming
Winners will be notified via the platform they entered on (e.g., Instagram DM or email). If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.
Publicity
By entering, winners agree to have their first name and city published in our marketing materials or social channels.
Additional Terms
Promotions have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless required by law.
Dynamic Touring reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion due to circumstances beyond our control.
By participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our general Terms of Service.
