Date Change / Rescheduling

If the event date changes and you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
 

Significant Lineup Changes

If a major advertised act or performer is removed from the lineup, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
 

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following scenarios:

Change of mind or personal schedule conflicts

Weather-related issues (unless the event is cancelled)

Tickets purchased through third-party resellers or unofficial platforms

No-shows or late arrivals

If you’re unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Simply forward the ticket to the new attendee—no formal name change is required unless specified.
